LandingPadBA.com Recommendation: Located near Plaza Serrano, Cabernet at one point was the only gourmet restaurant in Palermo Soho. The owners had to think twice about whether or not the location would hurt the business. They chose wisely! Chefs Joaquín Alberdi and Luis Coluccio have created an original, tasty menu, full of gourmet dishes. Spinach salad with poached eggs and salmon, filet mignon with a cabernet reduction, chicken breast stuffed with salmon and wrapped in thin slices of carrot. If you have the budget, this is a place you don’t want to miss. If the weather permits, the patio area is the place to be to relax with a nice glass of wine from their extensive list. Bottles can be purchased from the same owners across the street.
