If you are planning on being in Buenos Aires for more than just a week, then you’ve come to the right place. Below you will find a list of itinerary suggestions and things to do that are not on the average traveler’s one week agenda. Barrio Comments
Borges Cultural Center, Galeria Pacifico Centro Posh mall full of the nicest shops Buenos Aires has to offer. On the tip top floor you’ll find the Borges cultural center which has art expositions regularly. Check the Borges cultural center calendar for events.
Feria de Plaza Serrano Palermo Viejo Saturday and Sunday afternoons the plaza converts into a clothing and accessories open market. Many of the bars loan their space to local designers and wholesalers.
Parque Norte
(Summer time: December-March)
Belgrano Massive pools, a couple of slides, mini-futbol fields, tennis…Open all summer long. Av. Cantilo y Guiraldes (frente a Ciudad Universitaria)
Feria de Mataderos Matederos A bit out of the way, but worth it. Sundays this feria has traditional dancing, gauchos, artisans, the works. Avenida Alberdi y Lisandro De La Torre.
China Town Belgrano Asian style food, mainly Chinese. Eastern styled stores, medicine, massage. Arribeños y Mendoza.
Futbol Game Varies If you’re here between February to June or August to December you should see a futbol game. River Plate and Boca Juniors are both popular teams here and have loyal, excited fanatics. Check our available football tickets and packages section.

La Bomba de Tiempo Abasto Monday evening only, starts at 7 and ends at 11. Live music, professional drum circles, Sarmiento 3131. Get there before 7 for tickets
HYPE Palermo Soho, Club Kika DJs from the UK, United States and Argentina play everything that is new and hot in the world of electro, rock, hip hop, drum n’ bass and dubstep. Good place to meet foreigners and Argentines alike .
Bar Hop Palermo Hollywood Costa Rica over to Niceto Vega is home to every type of bar you can imagine. Some clubs and lounges here too!
“Telo” visit Anywhere If you are here with your partner or have gotten lucky, swing by a telo to spice things up. Completely acceptable by Argentine standards, hourly hotels for…you know.
