So true, these are all daily menaces that can be spotted within a block of each other! My favourite is the random – one morning at 5am returning from a night out I found the pavement blocked by a lady having her hair cut and somwhere near Congreso there’s an angel that just sits there blocking everything!

these are not complaints. these are facts
the best solution is to simply watch where you are going and recognize a potentially dangerous sidewalk situation before it wets your leg.
