"NI EN PEDO", should be translated as "not even drunk" (no fucking way,no way Josè)

because PEDO , in that context, doesnt refer to farting, but to being drunk

"estaba en pedo" means he/she was overdrunk

I thought mina was slang for kitten or pussy. Meaning "what a fine pussy". My Argentine wife won't let me use it offhand anymore as we have 2 daughters but we say 'Ni en pedo' as val describes it everday.

thanks, val! i'll keep this in mind…but it is meant to be a literal translation…and "pedo" is fart. i've been EN PEDO a lot so i'm aware of its proper use.

uhm.. just one correction
with "ni en pedo" it does not mean "neither in fart", literally, as the expression "en pedo" in slang is the same as "drunk", meaning you are not too conscious.. when saying "ni en pedo" it means that you would not do it even if you were drunk (which is a far condition considering you use it when sober).
