The rigged meter is harder but if you know what the fareshould be more or less just pay them what you think it should be, they may argue, but you could say to call a policeman if they have any problems, they never have with me. Make sure you are clear about where you are going, and pay attention to where he is driving! great article!

Late at night, drunk, paying with a 50 to some shady taxi driver and of course its fake...then again, come to think of it, im not entirely sure the club didnt give me that fake bill.
