Be sure to leave room for dessert because the flan is the best! The atmosphere feels hip with dim lighting and loud music (it isn’t unusual to hear Notorious BIG playing in the background), and the waiters are all young and wearing t-shirts. There are no bow ties and cummerbunds in this nontraditional parrilla. Make sure to arrive early on the weekends because you’ll be on a waiting list after 9:30.
