What is a play‑off game in Argentine football?

A play‑off game is a high‑stakes match used to decide final positions, titles, continental qualifications, or relegation outcomes in the Argentine league structure — meaning this isn’t just a regular season fixture, but one with extra excitement and importance.

Why is the opponent listed as “TBD” and when will it be confirmed?

The opponent is labeled “TBD” (To Be Decided) because play‑off matchups depend on results from previous rounds or final league standings. Once the teams are confirmed by the Argentine Football Association, LandingPadBA will update this page with the opponent.

Are play‑off games more exciting than regular season matches?

Yes — because the result can impact championship hopes, continental qualification, or progression in tournament brackets, play‑off fixtures typically have a charged atmosphere, bigger fan interest, and more intense competition than regular league games.

Can I reserve my ticket now even without knowing the opponent?

Absolutely! Booking early with LandingPadBA guarantees your spot in this high‑demand match experience. Once the opponent is confirmed, we’ll share updated details so you’re fully prepared for game day.

How does LandingPadBA make attending a play‑off game easier for visitors?

LandingPadBA handles the logistics so you can focus on the experience — including verified tickets, bilingual guides, organized transportation, and pregame food and drink, ensuring a seamless and memorable match day even for first‑time visitors.

Boca Juniors are the most internationally known Argentinean futbol team from Argentina. The players’ fame is only matched by the boisterous and often insanely devoted fans. The elite fans (dubbed La Doce, as in the 12th player, because they are so loud and distracting they count as an additional player) have an entire section devoted only to them. Hear the loud echoing chants that reverberate throughout the entire La Boca neighborhood on a game day, see the drums that are so large two men have to carry them to be played. This stadium is the top example of Argentinean passion for football.

*In the event of a cancellation we will apply the stadium, AFA, CONMEBOL or FIFA’s refund or rain check policy as our own. In the event of a suspension, rain checks will be given and we will do our best to accommodate the guests’ needs. If the newly scheduled football game cannot be attended by a guest we will do our best to resell the space/ticket for a partial or full refund.

faq's

1. Are our tickets guaranteed and valid for foreigners at Boca Juniors stadium?

Yes, our tickets are one time use, usable by anyone including non-members. Boca Juniors do have some strict entry policies, but we have over 15 years experience with the club and their administration.

2. Can LandingPadBA help me learn about Boca match‑day chants and traditions?

Yes, our LandingPadBA bilingual guides will explain local fan traditions, popular chants like “Dale Boca!”, and pre‑match rituals so you can feel like part of the Boca supporter culture rather than just watching from the sidelines.

3. Are there safe places to hang out near La Bombonera before the game?

Yes, fans often gather around the stadium early for chants, flag displays, and pre‑match energy. With LandingPadBA, you’ll have time to enjoy the pregame crowd buzz before entering with your group.

4. What’s the best way to get to La Bombonera?

Private transportation will be included in all of our packages to and from the stadium. We will pick up and drop off at convenient meeting points in Palermo and Centro.

5. Can I stay out in La Boca after the match to explore?

It is not recommended. La Boca neighborhood is one of Buenos Aires’ most colorful districts, with street art, museums, and local eateries, but outside of the touristy areas and stadium the neighborhood can get a bit rough. Games typically conclude in the early evening so it is best to return with us in the private minibuses we will have included in the game day package.
