Argentina Primera league play off games will be played each weekend following the conclusion of the Clausura tournament (July to November). All teams, exact dates and kick off times will not be confirmed until the AFA confirms the seeding of the play off bracket.

This will be for the end of the Clausura tournament (July-November) where the top 2 teams will continue the knock out rounds to crown the champion. Ties will end in penalty shots.

Will a championship final match be worth it?

Only time will tell! On occasion we get some dud match ups, but generally there will be some big teams that advance that bring along big crowds and their hard core fan bases.
